Where We Serve Our objective is to reach the unreached Hungarians wherever they live with the Gospel of Jesus Christ, therefore, our activities are not limited to any country or region or territory. The majority of the approximately 15 million Hungarians worldwide live in Hungary, but millions of Hungarians also live in countries that border on Hungary, such as Romania, Slovakia, Croatia and Ukraine. Areas of these countries were once part of the larger Austria-Hungary empire. Smaller number of Hungarians also live in Australia, Western Europe, Canada and the United States. Why we serve Hungarian Baptist Missions, Inc. is the fruit of deep and earnest consideration of the unreached millions of Hungarians and the solemn conviction that the Lord would bestow His richest blessings upon any effort, no matter how humble, which should be made to reach them with the Gospel.
